Former Patricio Echevarria S.A., this plant began its automotive forging activities in 1908 in Legazpi, Gipuzkoa. In 1990, it joined GSB Group. Since 2002, it has been part of the CIE Automotive Group under the name CIE Legazpi. CIE Legazpi’s production is 100% for the automotive sector. Our technologies include Hot Forging and Warm Forging using Closed die tooling and robotized processes. CIE Legazpi is also capable of machining parts.
