You are aware that CIE Automotive S.A., Spain is the ultimate holding company of the CIE Automotive India Ltd and CIE have India as its major area of operations. The Company therefore draws from the experience of CIE group to serve the evolving Indian automotive industry. India is projected to be one of the fastest growing large economies in the world and CIE Automotive S.A.'s global strategy continues to focus on India as a key market. To reflect the above strategy, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 14th December 2022 considered and approved to change the name of the Company from "Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited" to "CIE Automotive India Limited". Subsequently the Ministry of Corporate affairs (GOI) issued us a new Certificate of incorporation on 31st May 2023. The effective date of change of name is 15th May 2023.

This change has already been communicated to all stakeholders of the company and we have aligned our systems and processes to reflect the changed name. We preferred to be called as "CIE India" after the change instead of Mahindra CIE.

We are glad to inform you that, CIE India is hosting its 2^nd Supplier Conference in Pune, Maharashtra, based on ESG theme. The details of the same are given below:
